    Hi Anshul,

    I think after 55 of your topics answered in 1 year you shouldn’t have asked this in the first place.

    Now if you read the fine prints in terms and conditions you will see the support price. And of course the pricing FAQs also has the same.

    Again it is optional as most users don’t ask for support after 1 year. So we won’t force you as well. If you don’t need support don’t bother paying it as well.

    Kindly ask your hosting provider to change these settings:

    memory_limit = 256M
    upload_max_size = 64M
    post_max_size = 64M
    upload_max_filesize = 64M
    max_execution_time = 300
    max_input_time = 1000

    What is your WordPress version?

    Also it seems htaccess is not picking up PHP 7.1

    Kindly ask hosting to assist because it is printing wp-config files details if you check closely. Not a theme issue here but installation and whole ecosystem issue.

    Remove the images means do not select images and only select content and upload the XML while you do and check if that works for you?
