Hi Marc,

Footer widget 2 from your screenshot is supposed to replace twitter.

Kindly visit Appearance>Widgets>Footer widget 2.

Drag and drop a text widget. Now you have to place here code of your twitter widget.

Here you can find it: https://twitter.com/settings/widgets

For menu go to Appearance>Menus and create a menu footer and then scroll down to find a checkbox set as Footer menu.

you can manage the text from these areas thereafter for the homepage.

Appearance>Customize>Header upload an image of size: 1400px by 275px to replace the default image.
