Shri has been wonderful! I can pull up an old email, ask my question directly from there and receive a response. Not once have I been asked to create a support ticket, login or confirm my credentials. I receive a prompt response, Shri is always courteous, I enjoy that it’s always the same person I speak with! You’re phenomenal! I hope that you enable more features and customization to your themes in the future. Ex. I purchased the Welder theme and am not able to customize the form unless I install my own plugin, configure and set it all up myself. It would be nice to have access to the form fields. But this is such a minor detail. Above all, I enjoy the support and for that alone will come back and purchase other themes when available. Thank you for figuring out what the customer truly desires … Good Support!
