Hi there!
I’m using the yogi pro theme and having issues with the about section that appears on the homepage. Ideally, I’d like this about page to have a brief blurb and photo, then when you click on the link you’d see different photos and more information. Is there a way to customize the about home page section to be different than the actual about page?

In About us area you can have that linked to any page. If you want a brief blurb and photo (featured image of that page) and brief text itself is displayed in about us area via appearance>theme options>sections>page selection for about us.
Once that is done you can redirect that page to somewhere else too using redirection plugin.
