Wordpress Gallery Not Working

Dear Support,

As my previous post two days ago – https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/wordpress-photo-gallery-not-working/#post-71047 and this older one https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/own-photo-galley-not-working/#post-61861 I am again having the same issue.

Why oh why doesn’t your themes allow normal WordPress galleries to be created???? This is really so ridiculous as there are many reasons why one would rather use the default WordPress Gallery than the Theme’s built-in Gallery. On this page I added two WordPress Galleries (https://www.fanabasali.co.za/our-services/) but the theme just says the Gallery is Empty! See this attachment: www.visualweb.co.za/Gallery-Empty.jpg

Honestly, this is a major issue and it seems that all your themes has this issue and basically forcing someone to use the Theme’s Built-In Gallery is really stupid and unnecessary.

By the way, I am still awaiting resolution on this post: https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/wordpress-photo-gallery-not-working/#post-71047 mentioned above.

I have send Login Details via the contact form again, as with the previous posts.

I have been in communication with Shri since last week about 4 times, and he has not replied to my last email of last week 5 May 2017.
