WordPress crashing on install of demo content??

Hi, WordPress has crashed 2 times when I tried to install the demo content of the photo dock theme?

Can you help?

I have been working with WP, & they say this required plugin is the issue: I’ve just found this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-demo-import/

which your theme requires??

Yes I know, I uninstalled it, because it was causing crashing. I will upload it again, but I won’t install the demo content, it was that, that seemed to crash the site.

We checked, there is no photo dock theme.

Can you send us the WordPress admin URL and username and password. And the screenshot of the backend where the theme is uploaded.

It is activated. It is saying this; Theme Demo Import plugin is a must required plugin for this theme

This is the plugin that WP said was causing the system to crash.

Did you have to find a fix for the plugin? Or did the demo content load fine?

Also, the ‘Digital Branding Portfolio’ section of the home page is not displaying correctly? Can you please look at this

Ans: You did not add the plugin of the demo content installation.
