    What is the best way to backup the wordpress website and SKT Theme. And then being able to restore this if another user messes up the website or an updated plugin causes issues

    Hi,

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ is the plugin available for free.

    If you need regular updates per day or per hour then paid services like blogvault, and vaultpress are better.
