Hello, it appears that I’m not the only one with JQuery errors with this Theme when used with WooCommerce Product Variations.
It also appears there is a fix at the Theme Developer end, how do we submit a Request for this fix??
Here’s a Product Page where the Cart stops functioning:
http://www.monicaturnerart.org/product/woodburned-art/
The Cart functions fine with Simple Products, but won’t allow the purchase of Products with the Variance feature.
LOVE the Theme otherwise, thanks!
April 27, 2016 at 9:05 pm #31845PS – WooCommerce offers a jQuery Cookie Fix Plugin, I’ve already installed – didn’t help. I also talked to my Host’s “Tech Support”, they were clueless 🙂
Here’s the description of that Plugin:
“Due to hosting companies using outdated mod_security ruleset, some sites are having trouble loading the jQuery.cookie.min.js file which in turn causes add to cart for variable products impossible. This plugin fixes that issue by renaming the file being loaded. NOTE: please remove any previous fixes to this that you may have applied.”
April 28, 2016 at 9:40 am #31909Hi,
Given you re-access to the theme. You can re-download the theme and then go to appearance>themes>activate some other theme, delete the previous one and upload and activate new theme.
Hope this resolves the error.

ShriApril 28, 2016 at 7:34 pm #31975I followed your instructions, wouldn’t let me upload new version from site, but was able to do so via FTP.
HOWEVER, after activating the revised Theme, we’re still not able to accept orders with Product Variations, same error message as you can check.
I hope to get this resolved quickly, we chose your Theme because it was WooCommerce compatible. I also have another Client now using this Theme in a new site, and they will have product variances too. So I’ll have the same problem next week too 😉
Thanks again.
