Who We Are Section Bug

Hi in the theme hvac cleaning of my page http://www.fernandomartinslda.com I found a major bug.

1. In this section appears all the page and the function “manage excerpt length for homepage who we are section” don’t do nothing

2. The “read more button text for who we are section” don’t let redirect to a proper “about us” page.

It’s very strange because I had to make a one paragraph page to put there and when on click read more you see the exact same paragraph, please test to understand better.
