visibility on mobile devices

Hi,
i am developing the perfect food theme for my client but having the following issues ONLY on mobile devices:

1. the webpage is not completely fixed in the frame as you can see we can move the page to right left where it should be fixed and should not be moving right to left (image: moving)

2. Every content and images including header and footer on the page is not centered where these should be centered automatically.

3. “Our menu” section on home page like view all menu etc. links are not centered (image: menu)

Please Note: I have enabled the pre-launch so you need to login and check and correct the problems.
