    Hi Guys

    I have sent an urgent email with logins for you. I am having exactly the same problem again – uploading a theme just stops at 38%. It was exactly the same last time.

    Can you also let me know WHY the uploads have exactly the same problems using different themes and sites. I have done hundreds of theme uploads and never had this problem before – and for exactly the same thing to happen twice seems very strange.

    Hi Andy,

    Okay send us WordPress admin details in case you can’t we got an another email stating you have uploaded it via FTP but can’t set up slider.
