Underwater pro blocks stay blank

Hi, we have an issue with a site. On the Frontpage we see empty areas while there should be content. The content is also seen in the dashboard but not on the site. URL: https://perspective-coaching.nl and https://imgur.com/8X2YDoH. We don’t know for sure since when this issue appears. We have tried to disable plugins one by one, but did not solve. Problem exists as well on mobile. When we check the source (via F12) we see some errors appear:
