Two featured photos in category page

My category page is showing two featured photos. I suspect the smaller one is the first photo in the blog post and the second is the original featured photo. Please check my page below. Thanks.

Hi Maine,

The top image is header image via Appearance>>Header and the second is featured image of the post.

Hi Brad.

I was referring to the blog excerpt. It shows the featured image and it extracts the content including the first photo of the blog post. Since the theme is not showing the featured photo in the post, I had to add them at he beginning of each post and at the same time, set the featured image so my latest posts will have thumbnail. Which shows two images on the category page. But I solved it by adding a plugin to show the featured photo so I don’t need to add it at the beginning.
