translating theme

Hello, I bought the REALESTATE theme from your site.
I would like to be able to translate the titles within the THEME of the HOME page, for example translate “FIND YOUR DREAM PROPERTY HERE” into Italian, and as “FEATURED PROPERTIES” etc.
I tried with POEDIT, extracting the REALESTATE.POT file, wanting to translate only what I needed and that was displayed on HOME, but to no avail, I tried with LOCO
TRANSLATE but it is not effective.
How can I do?
