Since I do not have an answer from you, I wonder if my question is clear.

I use Yogi Pro, and I do not use the 3 boxes on the homepage of my site, and I would like to be able to delete them “Yoga For Fitness 1” , because in SEO, this sentence comes out in description, and I do not know how to delete it.
