Theme not showing correctly in environment

Hi, I’ve installed a WordPress website and uploaded the Hotel Booking theme, but it’s not displaying correctly. Please advise.

The website is installed in a local environment, so I can’t post a link.

I found the following error:

Well, as I said, it’s installed on a local environment. However, for test purposes I installed it on my site with still the same issue. I’ll send the login details separately to this post.

Well I’ve re-downloaded the theme and installed it on my local server, but it’s still not showing correctly. In fact, every theme I install has the same issue.

So I’ve paid for another year to access all themes and plugins, are you saying I need to request access to the ones that have since been updated? I thought the downloads I have access to would have been updated already? I just don’t understand why none of the themes I download display correctly, not just the hotel booking one. I may just ask for a refund instead, as I can’t use the themes as they are.
