Testimonials pause on hover and slow rotating

Why are there no options to slow down or pause testimonials on hover? Nobody can read testimonials that fast. My site is http://virtual-psychology.com/ and I would like the testimonial area to pause on hover and to move slower. The theme is handy.

Kindly go to js/testimonial-rotator.js you can manage the speed from there.

For pause on hover you can use testimonial rotator plugin. It has all the options.
