Teethy Pro logo tab missing

Hi

just installed Teethy Pro, in the App/Customize/Header/Site logo section, the logo tab is missing? see:

I’ve just used the same theme on another site, looks like this normally

Hi,

I think this is happening due to plugin conflicting.

Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

Hi and thanks for the quick response, I’ve turned all plug-ins off and still have the missing tab. I use the same plug-ins on my sites, most recently for https://dealfdmqnw.stormpr.uk/ using teethy pro as well – no issues on this site. do you want me to email support@ with the login details?

Kindly delete cache and do a forced refresh.

To do a forced refresh kindly follow below instructions:

Windows/Linux:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:
1. Hold Shift and click the Reload button.
2. Or, hold down Cmd and Shift key and then press R.

thanks, sorry I’ve just reloaded the theme and it works OK now, looks like the install partly failed, thanks for your help

well, that’s strange. I reloaded the theme, image tab was there, added the logo/resized, now the tab has disappeared. can you take another look please asap?

yep, that worked. changed the logo to a larger version. published, refreshed and the tab has gone again!
