    I have purchased this theme with the understanding that there would be support. When I click on the support button, it takes me to this forum (support and forums are not the same thing). Regardless, I have added several topics in hope that I might get some answers to some challenges we are having with one of your themes and now I can’t find them now in the forum nor am I receiving emails about them. Can you clarify how support works?
