how do I make transparent the background color of the sub – menu ?

Hi,
Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
Paste this css code in custom css box
.header, .header .header-inner .nav ul li:hover > ul {background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.6);}
