Sticky Navigation Menu Bar

How can I have a sticky navigation menu bar to show up on every page on scrolling down. I would prefer that I can control the transparency of the navigation bar when scrolling takes effect on pages making the menu bar to appear on the top edge of the screen upon scrolling.

I have tried sticky menu option on Theme Options page but it has no effect on other pages or provide other options. How can I achieve this?

Header div class is “nav”.

Thanks. Apparently using “mystickymenu” as you suggested did not work with “nav” as header div class.

Kindly add “.header” in Sticky Class option.
