    I want to install an SSL certificate on our server which uses Panorama WordPress Theme PRO. Is it compatible?

    Yes it is compatible.

    By the way its not the theme that causes problem you need to check within database and use velvel blues or similar plugins to change the URL structure everywhere to https instead of http.
