    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width:479px) {
#slidera { margin-top:-20% !important;}
.header-bg-img h4 { top:47%;}
}
