Some questions about Ele fashion theme

This web uses Ele Fahion theme.

We have a pair of questions:

1) We want page titles to appear above the header images.

2) We want to change the word “Menu” header to “Menú” with the accent on the “U”

2) The letter “U” from MENU continues to appear without an accent. Can you put the accent on it? (MENÚ)
