slider title field missing in customiser?

hi I’m using Nature Pro theme / and suddenly I can’t edit the slider title 1 field missing (in customiser)
I’ve been able to edit it before, the field has disappeared from the customiser?

hi, I really need this resolving today please, as the site should be going live today. It’s obviously an issue with SKT Customiser. I have emailed the login details yesterday morning.
