Slider Photo size settings

Hi, Where can I or how I make my slider photo same size. I’d like for it to be automatic but if not, what is the proper resize dimension for the theme I am using. check out my lifestyle blog www.simplory.com to see what i’m talking about. currently it is different sizes.
