Slider not working

    I’ve just purchased Gravida Pro and gone into the Customizer and tried to change settings in the Slider. I’m unable to change the title or description for any of the slides. No matter what I put in there, all that shows on my website is “SLIDE TITLE” and “SLIDE DESCRIPTION”.

    Please help. I urgently need this working.

    Hi,

    Blank those slide title and description. And make any change on slide title and description (i mean any change, deleting space, changing image etc).

    The way customizer works is that if any change is not reflected it continues to show default so make changes. Adding a blank space is also fine.

    And save and publish. Let us know if that worked for you.

    Hi

    Ok instead of clicking the Change Image button I clicked Remove image to remove the defaults. Then selected ny new image and now it appears to be working.
