    The slider on the homepage is cut off on mobile/tablet on my website: kreedbotanicals.com. Both the text and photo are cut off. My theme is naturalherbs.

    Hi there is still a problem with the homepage slider, it is still cut off on the mobile view of my website. If you could kindly fix this please, thanks. I have sent another email with wordpress admin details.

    Hi, I checked and the problem has not resolved. When I open my website on mobile, the slider does not load and it doesn’t show at all.

    Hi, sorry but the problem is still not resolved. The slider is still not loading and doesn’t show at all.

    Issue have been resolved. Kindly check and confirm.

    Kindly delete cache and do a forced refresh.

    To do a forced refresh kindly follow below instructions:

    Windows/Linux:
    1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
    2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

    Mac:
    1. Hold Shift and click the Reload button.
    2. Or, hold down Cmd and Shift key and then press R.
