    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width:1023px) {
.nivo-caption .title, .nivo-caption .slidedesc, .nivo-caption .slidebtn { display:block !important;}
.nivo-caption .title { font-size:20px; margin-top:10px;}
.nivo-caption .slidedesc { font-size:13px; line-height:18px;}
.nivoSlider img { max-width:160%; width:160% !important;}
}
