Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
Paste this css code in custom css box

.fixed .header-inner .logo { margin-top:0 !important}
.fixed .header-inner .nav ul li a { padding:inherit;}

It works, but the color of the personalized menu changed. Il should be #fff and #404040 for hover. How can I change it ?

Kindly go to custom css box and remove !important attribute from this class. So t should be

.fixed .header-inner .nav ul li a{color:#fff;}

I tried a lot of other things, but no changes.
