SKT Site Builder not loading blocks

When accessing the SKT Site Builder to adjust a page it loads without issues. (so far I can see)

But after I select an element (block) a purple bar with a rotating clock appears. And then nothing happens, this goes on in eternity.

What is the status? I have deactivated 2FA 5 days ago and sent you an email about it.

My customer is waiting for his site to be finished. Can you get the builder to work for me?
