    Just installed this theme and the slider does notwork, can clide them manually but they should be automatic. Site is in Coming soon mode to login credentials have been emailed to support@….. for www.journeywithinschool.org

    I have now noticed that the text option on all footer menu edit boxes does not work – nothing happens when you click on text and you can only edit in the Visual section. Please advise or fix. Thank you

    This Visual/Text problem seems to be accross a good number of themes – please advise?

    Is there a solution for this issue as itis preventing installation of these themes on new sites?

    IT does seem to be working now but please explain what the problem was, as this is hppening in a good number of my sites using your themes. What is the cause of the issue and how is it resolved?

    Hi,

    Updating to WordPress 5.5 causes problems.

    We have added this plugin to resolved it.

    So the browser console indicates this is a theme problem:

    /wp-content/themes/natureone-pro/customizer/assets/customizer.js?ver=1:454

    I am happy to be corrected if this is not the case. As previously mentioned this is affecting a good few websites where I have your themes installed. Please advise when the themes will be modified to correct these issues and how will we be notified?

    Hi,

    Yes we are aware of the same. At the moment we are working on releasing the new themes and by next month we shall start updates to the themes if we see WordPress does not release any new updates. Sometimes they realize issues and then again release an update.

    Be advised a lot of people are facing this from plugins as well like WooCommerce updates crashing their websites etc.

    In due time by next month end we will start updates to our themes if we see WordPress is not releasing any updates further.
