We tested the contact page and we still had not received the test mail. In the “Thank you page” it is showing an html format of the contact page.

Okay seems like a server problem then kindly ask hosting to set up SMTP mail service or tell them that PHP Mail isn’t working on your server.

We tested the contact form using hotmail and gmail account, the email is not going through from the contact page. I checked the shortcode: [contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”]. Does it have affect it?
