Here we check mail is not sending; it’s may be a server mail configuration issue. Kindly ask your hosting provider to resolve this issue. Here we are facing this issue on your site with activating the default theme, so it’s not a theme issue.

To ensure a more stable and reliable email delivery, the admin has recommended using an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) plugin, such as the popular WP Mail SMTP. SMTP plugins allow you to connect your website to a specific email account, such as a webmail account, which provides a more robust and secure connection for sending emails.

The admin has also noted that the current email address being used is [email protected]. If you can provide us with the login credentials for this email account, we can set up the SMTP plugin on your behalf and ensure that the contact form emails are being sent reliably.

Additionally, the admin has requested that you verify the contact form you are using is ‘Contact form 1’. This information will help us to properly configure the SMTP settings and ensure that the emails are being directed to the correct destination.

But we checked and we have not put that configuration there.

Can you help us with that?
