I failed to log into my account even after prompting for a reset the email i recieved didnt have a link for me to carry out a password reset.

I need you assist in the following
1. Recommended Feature Image Size. what was suggested by Dave really looks awful for my site. Asist
2. The Website doesn’t respond on mobile phones
3. The Book Now button just under the Slider, How do i link it so that guests are able to make their booking
4. Please improve on the delivery of support system as some issues are really pressing and urgent
