SKT Design Agency – Whole Configuration Lost?

Hi! I’ve just bought the SKT Design Agency Pro version and I can’t fix a tiny little problem that impact the whole website. I’m following the documetation (http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/skt-designagency-doc) and in the first change when I tryed to change the logo the whole site had lost its standards settings. I Click at Reset , the site it didn’t change, besides that when I set the first Section at Section Tab occured the same problema. Could you help me, I can give a login access if was necessary.
