skt cutNstyle theme – Contact us form

Hello,
i have purchased skt cut n style theme,

i want to use your default contact us form,
but having difficult to configure form,
1 where to set email address for receiving contact form messages?
2 how to add more field?
3 i have tried to add via short code, but not able to receive mail on email id i have given in setting>general>email id

i don’t want to use any third party plugins.

Hi Keval,

The form is given in custom-functions.php (appearance>editor>custom-functions.php) and you can add form fields etc if you are good with coding. The form sends email to address given in settings>general.

We can change it to contact form 7 plugin form. It will appear similar and will work fine too.

Default form doesn’t work on some servers.

Can you re-forward your details at sktthemes.net/contact will get this done tomorrow i.e. Monday.

How can I replace default contact us form and change it to contact form 7 plugin form?

Hi Vika,

Kindly use contact form 7 plugin and then go to appearance>widgets to drag and drop its widget to replace what is shown in default in the sidebar on our theme.
