Hello!
There is a problem with the placement of more than three members, the first line shows the 3 person, and below are located only 2 persons. Is it possible to display the 3 people on each line?

Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box:
Paste this css code in custom css box

.team-member .list-member{ margin-bottom:30px; }
.team-member .list-member:nth-child(3n+3) {margin-right: 0;}

Hi Alex,

Nope, You can not create category for team. Designation option is there you can mention the designation of team member.
