Kindly go to inc/custom-functions.php and change the speed from there.

I changed the /wp-content/themes/skt-clean-pro/js/custom.js file on the following line:
SlideSpeed: 1000
I changed to:
SlideSpeed: 5000

And there is no difference at all …
