Hello Shri,

I have asked question related to ur theme only and i have purchase the whole theme package and i am using different theme for my clients so obviously i will have some queries and u have to give support for the same ….before buying package u have not said anything about the support system that after 100 queries u will not support

anyway i solved this query

but i hope u will not stop giving support

Hi Zainab,

Not going to stop support however we want you to understand that we are supposed to deal only with theme support specifically and no extra advices, customization requests etc otherwise we will be at loss of providing all themes for $99.

As you have seen in my last projects there are not much changes in theme sometime clients needs different navigation bar or sometime they need little changes in theme…..so on this basis you can give me price for the whole year

No i can’t give a yearly cost of support. Our charges are $15 per hour so i am not sure how many hours of support you will require.

I don’t think its feasible as well.
