How to show recent posts on the right side of the home page.

We have the same theme installed on another domain : https://london.greendoctors.org.uk and home page shows the recent posts. But we couldn’t find how to enable this option on https://south.greendoctors.org.uk

Kindly go to pages >> Home page >> Edit >> Find template from right panel >> And Select default Template from the drop down.

I have changed the template. Please check https://south.greendoctors.org.uk

But the Home page is not similar to https://london.greendoctors.org.uk. We need to home page similar to https://london.greendoctors.org.uk
