Show pictures only by Categories

Hi, i have interior design layout at my website http://www.annababyroom.it,
how can i set this gallery http://www.annababyroom.it/prodotti/culle/ to creare some categories where i can choose the categories and display only the pictures about that categories? Actually i can display to the users ALL the pictures, but they cant select a link with the category to filters the photo!

before to follow your answer, i think you can understand if you see the gallery of this interior design website:
http://www.linfarc.it/it/galleria/

i need this kind of gallery. With the pictures shown only if you check with the mouse cursor the category (in the case of the website http://www.linfarc.it/it/galleria/ only if you click on the categories “Progetti”, “Architettura italiana” or “Architettura bionica” you can see the related pictures

hi,

i installed that plugin and ask help to they’re support because i didnt find the setting to do this. So i ask to theire support here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/set-pictures-displayed-by-album-or-category/#post-8782083 how can i do this, but theire answer was:
“We do not have a category based display type although you could create appropriate galleries of images you want displayed together and a user interface that matches your example URL but that would be more related to your theme than NextGEN Gallery at that point.”

..so they think that a gallery like this http://www.linfarc.it/it/galleria/#prettyPhoto i can do it just with your layout settings.. 🙁
