Shipping calculations broken in basket

On a woocommerce site with the spa theme installed the shipping calculations in the basket do not result in the value being updated. Switching to the woocommerce storefront theme results in the calculations working as expected. The shop page is www.ymlaciolife.com/shop – simply choose a product to add to your basket, then view the basket and try changing the shipping option to local pickup and you should see the total price change to reflect a zero shipping cost.
