Separate Pages Instead of One Long One

I an using the Yogi Pro theme. I would like the main theme pages to be the welcome page. The, the user should be able to click on About, Services, etc. on the menu to navigate to that separate page.

I am creating a website, not blog posts, so want separate pages that we link to, as opposed to one long pages.
