Hi,
I am using the Perfect theme and have entered a number of sections for the home page. As you know the sections are actually pages that are added to make one main page.
When I set up Yoast (or similar) the resulting sitemap that is created lists these sections and any SEO audit I perform tells me I should have the correct meta descriptions attached to the sections.
Is all this acceptable for correct SEO or do I need to somehow ‘hide’ these sections and just have the meta information for the Home page alone?
Some of the sections will not have a decent SEO score (as advised by Yoast) so I was wondering if this would impact on the overall SEO.Many thanks for any help.

DaveMarch 14, 2018 at 10:15 am #96492Hi,
Are you saying that my best option is to create one static home page with all the section data copied to that page, and bypassing the add/edit sections on the appearance/customise tab?

March 30, 2018 at 12:10 pm #98020Hi,
Try to update minimum 500 Words in home page, and select one keyword for home page. Interchange the order of 1 & 2 section. As you know the 1 section make a internal links for your website. And it is good for your website.
