Hello,

I have emailed you several times since 7/12. There is no security plugin and I have more issues.

Please get into the site and help correct them. In addition to the sections not working if I change the order of the posts, ALL of my pages now are pink, the spacing on the front page is incorrect, the placeholder on the front page is incorrect.

Have you received the passwords I have sent you to [email protected]? You have been able to log on in the past without issues. Nothing is preventing you from logging in.

We haven’t ever been able to login plus i don’t understand why do you need to daily change passwords.

As I have mentioned in my emails this week, having my site down is causing me to lose income. The pages/posts are not viewable from a computer.

When can someone on your team focus on the issues I have reported and find resolutions?

We have been able to log on to the site using the credentials I emailed to you yesterday. Your theme is broken. If we change to a new theme, none of the pages are blocked by the pink bar.

Shri and Dave,

I am a Pro/Paid customer and am waiting for assistance. The password I sent you several days ago does work. We have tested it.

The pages on my site are blocked by a large pink bar on computer monitors, as seen above. The other issues are outstanding as well.

Pink color issue has been resolved.

I would recommend you to hire a web developer for custom requirements as theme developers we aren’t supposed to entirely customize your website.

We have already done enough for you.
