Restore the access tj the theme

Hello,

In June’17 I paid for the theme named SKT themes. I used it successfully for creating my new site. But then I had an unexpected long pause in my site creation due to some reasons, so my access to SKT theme URL expired and my site access expired as well. So now I create my site from the beginning.
Could you, please, advise if you can restore this access so that I could use this theme for my site.

i have the skt wedding theme
i want to add the contact form to the top menu stating “confirm appointment”
when i past the shortcode onto the page i also get the Wedding Events shortcode with some hardcoded event detail
how do i get rid of it

i tried to delete the event but the shortcode fields is not editable

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.content-area #sidebar { display: none;}
