Responsive mobile menu perfect fashion

Hi there,

I have a problem. When I use header layout 3 fort the theme perfect fashion the menu will not work with my smartphone.
What could be the problem?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#simple-menu { z-index:999999999;}
