Responsive menu not working SKT Contruction

I am testing this on laptop and android phone. Browsers are chrome, firefox, and default android browser.

Issue: the responsive menu doesnt work on the front page. When u click on the menu, it just adds a #

The menu works fine on inner pages but doesnt work on main page.
