Hi Laura,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.cols-3 h5{font-weight:800;}

For the Footer Widget:

Go to Appearance>>Widget>>Footer Widget 2

Drag and drop text widget in footer widget 2 and add the social media code there.
